Use Autoresponder To Let People Know Your Email Has Changed
The DataYard autoresponder gives you the ability to automatically send a short message to the folks who email you. You can use this to let people know that your email address has changed.

To enable the autoresponder follow the steps below:

Go to
webmail.datayard.us
. To enter, you'll need the same username and password that you use for your email to login. Fill in your username and password and click "Sign In".

Go to "Settings" in the top right hand corner

Now click on "Email Account" on the left hand side.

Next, click on the "Autoresponder" tab and check the "Enable autoresponder" box. Fill in the email subject and message you want people to automatically receive when they send email to your DataYard email box. Then click "Save".
Your autoresponder is now in place! It would now be a good idea to test it to make sure that email sent to your DataYard mailbox gets sent the autoresponse message as expected.
