How to get support from DataYard?

It's easy to get help from the dedicated team at DataYard!  We're open Monday through Friday from 8AM to 5PM.  Simply contact us via one of the following ways:

  1. Call us at 937-226-6896, option 2 for support and you'll be connected to one of our Customer Experience Specialists. 
  2. Email us at support@datayard.us.
  3. Chat with us via the icon in the bottom right corner
  4. Open a ticket via this helpdesk portal either by logging in or via the form at the bottom of the page.
